Where to Eat!
Jimena de la Frontera is one of the oldest white villages (“Pueblos Blancos”) in southern Spain, layered with Roman, Moorish, and medieval history, where locals still gather in tiny plazas for coffee and tapas and many streets haven’t changed in centuries. The town sits tucked into the hills beside cork forests and natural parks, and it feels incredibly untouched!
